2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any extra cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
- 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition as when received
- Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been partially consumed or used
- Products with broken seals where sealing was for health or hygiene reasons
- Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer
This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exclusion of the right of withdrawal for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where unsealed after delivery.
3.3 Condition of Returned Goods
You are responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We recommend handling the product with care and not opening the seal if you think you may want to return it.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the return is due to non-conformity, damage, defect, or another legal ground that requires us to bear return costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

4.3 Return Packaging
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available, or suitable alternative packaging that protects the product.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.
5.2 Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
5.3 Partial Refunds

7. Order Cancellation
7.1 Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at reach@chakrellquazlkhi.world. If we can cancel the order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
7.2 After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait to receive the goods and then exercise your right of withdrawal as described above.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you are entitled to legal remedies where goods are not in conformity with the contract.
